Salu of Edunabon Salutes World Rugby Star Boluwaji Fagborun on His Birthday

The Salu of Edunabon, Osun State, Nigeria, His Royal Majesty, Oba Adesoji Kehinde Oladepo, Akinrinsa II, has felicitated with renowned international Rugby player Boluaji Fagborun on his 40th birthday.


Oba Adesoji Kehinde Oladepo stated this in a congratulatory message which he personally signed and made available to journalists on Friday, in Ile-Ife.
The Monarch described the celebrant as a young and vibrant person who is an exemplary figure to the world at large, particularly in the field of sports, among others.

He described Boluaji's participation in several clubs that he played for in the United Kingdom — which include Huddersfield Giants, with appearances in the Super League, Rochdale Hornets, Sheffield Eagles, and Batley Bulldogs in the late 2000s — as remarkable steps that can never be relegated to the background.

The Salu of Edunabon, His Royal Majesty, Oba Adesoji Kehinde Oladepo, Akinrinsa II, added that Boluaji's birthday is full of achievements and therefore charged him not to relent in his efforts to make the world a better place to live in for his people.

He prayed for him to live long in good and sound health to reap the fruits of his labour.

The Salu of Edunabon also rejoiced with the celebrant's parents, Dr. Joel Fagborun and Princess Dorcas Amusan Fagborun, MBE, over their son's birthday, saying that the 40th milestone befits him well. He prayed that God would grant them long life to witness more successes from their children.
