One Sunday Emmanuel,18, on Monday , remanded by an Osun Magistrates' Court sitting in Ile-Ife for allegedly stole one Boxer Motorcycle.
The Prosecutor, Insp Sunday Osanyintuyi told the court that the defendant committed the offence sometimes in 2024 around 2pm at Sabo Area, Ile-Ife.
Osanyintuyi said that the defendant conspired together to commit felony to wit stealing.
According to him, the defendant stole one Boxer Motorcycle valued N450,000 which he sold at a party of sum of N50,000.
The Prosecutor stated further that offence was contrary to sections:390(6) and 516 of the Criminal Code, Laws of Osun, 2002.
The defendant who was not legally represented, however, pleaded guilty to two-count charge of conspiracy and stealing.
Magistrate Abosede Sarumi did not grant the bail of the defendant, but ordered for his remand at Ile-Ife Nigerian Correctional Service pending the perfection of bail.
The case was adjourned until June 2, for hearing.
